SILINOV: Design of new silica-protein hybrid viral nanoparticles to track viruses and validate virucidal food treatment processes

The aim of the project is to study the stability and biological interactions of norovirus, the main cause of gastroenteritis. This work has led to the development of a fluorescent hybrid particle for medical and food applications.
