ANBALE: Adaptation of bacteria to essential oils 

The aim of this project is to study the mechanisms of resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to compounds extracted from essential oils in patients with cystic fibrosis. It aims to understand how the bacterium detects and neutralises these compounds. The study also focuses on the impact of these mechanisms on bacterial physiology and the lung microbiota.
