Summary

Winemaking by-products, which were once considered waste, are now being recycled for environmental, agronomic and economic applications. The VALVIGNE project is exploring innovative alternatives for extracting bioactive compounds (pectins, peptides, polyphenols) in order to strengthen the circular economy and reduce the ecological footprint. This approach will be extended to other regional sectors such as hemp and insects.
