On October 20 and 21, 2026, PAM lab hosted the TRANSFORM division of INRAE for two days of visits and discussions centered on its research activities, teams, and experimental platforms.
The meeting began in Dijon with a presentation of the TRANSFORM division, followed by an overview of the PAM lab research unit and its three teams. This first session provided an overview of the unit’s main areas of research and how they relate to the department’s scientific priorities focus.
The afternoon was dedicated to visiting the unit’s three teams (AFIM, PCAV, and PMB), as well as its platforms: the BIOTECH’INNOV platform, the PIMS/DIMACELL technical platform , and the DIVVA platform. The visit continued at the SATT SAYENS.

The following day, the delegation visited the Poligny site for a presentation on the activities developed around FROMEX, with a particular focus on the experimental platform dedicated to cheese innovation and the Junior Professorship Chair (CPJ), which is set to begin on December 1st.
Individual discussions brought these two days to a close.
This visit enabled the TRANSFORM division to gain a better understanding of the scientific and technological environment of the PAM lab including its teams, equipment, and areas of expertise by fostering exchanges among the participants.
