The EXOTICA project explores the potential of proteins derived from insects and microalgae for the development of sustainable and functional alternatives.
Technical day: "From insects to microalgae: advances in the EXOTICA project" - 15 June 2026 at PAM lab

Led jointly by several units of Carnot Qualiment (PAM lab, SAYFOOD lab, GEPEA lab and Satt SAYENS), the EXOTICA project explores the potential of proteins derived from insects and microalgae for the development of sustainable and functional alternatives.
To mark the end of the project, a technical day will be held at the PAM lab on 15 June in Dijon, focusing on new sources of protein and their processing by wet cooking-extrusion.
