To explore the natural microbial diversity that characterises wine-growing ecosystems and develop innovative approaches to vineyard management and wine production. Eco2Wine is structured around three main areas of research training: (i) viticultural ecosystems, (ii) innovation in winemaking, and (iii) viticultural trade and communication.
