The UMR PAM will participate on October 19 in the France-Japan scientific symposium organized by VITAGORA, at the city of gastronomy in Dijon.
This symposium is dedicated to fermentation, the driving force behind agri-food innovation.

- Pr. Laurent BENEY will present a conference entitled "Postbiotics, the healthy side of fermented foods".
