Technical day: ‘From insects to microalgae: advances in the EXOTICA project’ - 13 November 2025

Led jointly by several units of Carnot Qualiment (PAM lab, SAYFOOD lab, GEPEA lab and Satt SAYENS), the EXOTICA project explores the potential of proteins derived from insects and microalgae for the development of sustainable and functional alternatives.
To mark the end of the project, a technical day will be held at the UMR PAM on 13 November in Dijon, focusing on new sources of protein and their processing by wet cooking-extrusion.
