PAM Lab General Meeting on 27 January 2025

This PAM Lab General Meeting also marked a change in the leadership of the unit between Laurent Beney and Thomas Karbowiak, and a change in the teams, with Camille Loupiac taking over responsibility for the PCAV team.

Between presentations of the unit's objectives and time for discussion, this general meeting also provided an opportunity to present six projects being carried out by each of the UMR's three teams, illustrating their contributions to the unit's four main research themes:
- New ingredients and food sources
- Activities of food microbial flora
- Study of alteration mechanisms
- Control of contaminants and traceability

In line with the PAM Lab's scientific strategy, the actions to be carried out were outlined in terms of the life of the unit, quality, major tools and platform dynamics, the role of digital technology, our scientific networks, communication, training, partnership projects as well as the social and environmental impact of our activities.

The PAM Lab General Meeting continued in a convivial atmosphere over a buffet, encouraging exchanges between colleagues from different research sites.

The general meeting of PAM Lab was held in Dijon bringing together all the staff of the different sites of the unit.
